Objective

We were appointed by Vastint UK to provide construction and fit-out services for Sugar House Island, a new mixed-use development spanning 26 acres in East London's water-bound district. Our team delivered over 1 million sq. ft of works across the development, including construction management for 350 luxury homes, 240,000 sq. ft of CAT A space, and 460,000 sq. ft of residential space across 14 individual properties. We also completed works across 14 individual properties, including Cat A Landlord Works, Cat B Tenant Space Residential, Retail & Restaurant Structural/Refurbishment, and Specialist Heritage Works.
