Approach
After adopting a more hybrid way of working, Christie's Auction House wanted to sublet part of their office at Cardinal Place in Victoria. We worked with project manager, Regency Grove, to deliver a demise split and refurbishment of the communal break out areas for both sides of the separated space. Other alterations included a power split, rebalance to the mechanical services, and submeter installation. All works were completed in an occupied Landsec building and fell in line with Landsec’s London fit-out guide.
