Copper Projects successfully delivered the fit-out of the first residential site on the Sugar House Island development. The new homes provided a mix of studios, one, two and, three-bedroom apartments, and three- and four-bedroom mews houses, catering to the needs of a range of tenants. The homes were designed with modern features and amenities, including open-plan living spaces, underfloor heating, engineered timber floors, and high-quality kitchens with integrated appliances. The basement areas provided ample car parking, and tenants had control over guest access through video entry security systems. The fit-out also included a concierge area and parcel storage facilities, providing residents with additional convenience and security.
