Objective

Bell & Colvill needed a fit-out partner to complete elements of their design for a new service garage and high-end sports car showroom. The objective was to complete the fit-out on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Approach

The team overcame pandemic-related challenges and used careful planning to ensure a safe work environment for the internal fit-out of a warehouse. The project included dismantling and rebuilding half of the space for a mezzanine floor, while the other half became a showroom and client lounge. The fit-out also included new mechanical and electrical services, resin flooring, and landscaping, among other features.

Despite the unique challenges posed by the pandemic, our team completed the fit-out on time and within budget. Bell & Colvill were able to move into their new facility in Guilford as planned. The service garage and showroom featured state-of-the-art facilities, including new mechanical and electrical services, high-quality finishes, and comfortable client lounge areas.
