Works took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, which resulted in a period of inactivity and reduced labour availability. However, with careful planning and agile working practices, we were able to provide a safe and compliant environment, and the client was able to move in on the originally agreed date.
This project had unique requirements like dismantling and rebuilding one half of a vacant warehouse to create additional height for a mezzanine floor. The other half of the warehouse was fit-out to function as a showroom and comfortable client lounge. The full internal fit-out includes new mechanical and electrical services with mechanical DX cooling, gas heating, power, lighting, security and data, a new WC and tea point facilities, resin flooring, external landscaping, new roofing, rain-screen cladding, new windows, doors and roller shutters.
