Following the successful fit-out of 1 Sugar House Lane and 1 Dane’s Yard, Vastint UK asked us to provide a CAT A+ fit-out for 1 Cooperage Yard.
1 Cooperage Yard is a 26,000 sq. ft. commercial office building sitting at the heart of the Sugar House Island development. The property is significant to the site benefitting from a ground floor gym with shower and locker facilities, and a south-facing roof terrace with outdoor space for people to take in the East London view.
We produced a proposal and costs for a CAT A+ on three floors of office space, a general reception, lobby and WCs areas. Having benchmarked the high-level services on previous buildings within the development, it was essential to ensure the works fully co-ordinated and met the development standard.
Once tenants move in, they can implement their desired desk plan with raised access flooring and underfloor power distribution installed on all levels. Other features of the fit-out include DX mechanical cooling systems with exposed ductwork and fan coil units, suspended DALI controlled light fittings, and a full WC, reception and roller blinds.
